We want you to be happy with MenuCat. This policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work.
Free trial
Your free trial requires no credit card. You can explore MenuCat and decide whether it is right for your restaurant before paying anything. If you do not continue, the trial simply ends.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then. We do not lock you into long-term contracts.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 30 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund for that billing period. This applies to your most recent subscription charge.
How to request a refund
To cancel or request a refund, email us at the address below from the account you used to subscribe. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record, and may take a few business days to appear.
